1. Click the ‘Raise a Case’ link which is located in the banner at the top of your screen
2. You will then be presented with 4 options to pick from
3. Engineer to site – Request an engineer visit to your site
- Parts and engineer – Create a case for parts and engineer to a specific site
- Parts to site – Create a case for parts only delivered to a specific site
- Technical support – Request remote support without parts or visit
4. Click on one of these options to raise a ticket
