How to raise a ticket

1. Click the ‘Raise a Case’ link which is located in the banner at the top of your screen

2. You will then be presented with 4 options to pick from

3. Engineer to site – Request an engineer visit to your site

  1. Parts and engineer – Create a case for parts and engineer to a specific site
  2. Parts to site – Create a case for parts only delivered to a specific site
  3. Technical support – Request remote support without parts or visit

 

4. Click on one of these options to raise a ticket

If your call is either outside of Smart CT core business hours (08:00 – 18:00 Mon- Fri) or on a UK Public/Bank Holiday

Then please call us on +44 (0) 808 164 3618 to log or escalate a call.
