SCT’s Advance Part Replacement Service provides a complete end-to-end managed offering for voice and data networking hardware spares.

- A fully operational 24×7 Service Desk.
- A global network of Forward Service Locations (FSLs), delivering services up to 2Hr24x7.
- Dedicated couriers for all deliveries and collections.
- Secure returns and repair facility operated by Security Cleared (SC Level) engineers.
- Access to complementary services, such as onsite spares, for the duration of a contract.
SCT’s advance spares facility offers a best-of-breed, blended service, enabling partners to retain and enjoy benefits associated with manufacturer accreditation programmes with the flexibility, performance and guaranteed savings associated with SCT’s ‘Inventory-as-a-Service’. SCT understands the conditions, KPIs and metrics that manufacturers build into their programmes. Through this knowledge, SCT ensures that all operations take these metrics into account. SCT complements these programmes with its own Same Day Advance Parts service as an alternative to OEM support offerings.
