End of Service Life Support
Through SCT, partners are no longer bound by End of Service Life (EOSL) dates fixed by manufacturers. As such, opportunities previously seen as EOSL and unsupportable can be brought under the same formal contract arrangement as currently shipped products. This enables partners to benefit from this revenue stream whilst providing real value back to its clients by way of continued support.
Over the years, SCT has built up a significant stock holding of legacy products. This, coupled with SCT’s in-house repair facility, ensures continued support for these products until the client, rather than the manufacturer, deem the products obsolete.
