Utilising its highly skilled RMA technicians, SCT can offer its customers the opportunity to repair faulty devices, thus increasing the life of the asset where possible. It isn’t essential for networking and telecoms equipment to be replaced due to it becoming end of service life (EOSL) or out of warranty, as SCT’s experienced engineers are able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair products down to board level. However, in the event of the device being deemed beyond economical repair (BER), SCT will facilitate the disposal of the equipment at the customer’s request.
SCT has its own in-house, secure, dedicated RMA facility based in the UK. This facility provides two main functions; firstly to receive and repair all field service returns and secondly to test and apply warranties to all product supplies. SCT's RMA operation offers both standard and secure capabilities, physically separated and strictly controlled by SCT's security cleared team.
