With our highly skilled return merchandise authorisation (RMA) technicians, we can offer you the opportunity to get faulty devices repaired, thus increasing the life of these assets, where possible. This also means that your networking and telecoms equipment that is at end of service life (EOSL) or out of warranty will not necessarily have to be replaced, as SCT’s experienced engineers are able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair products down to circuit board level. However, in the event of any device being deemed beyond economical repair (BER), we will arrange the disposal of the equipment, if requested.
SCT has its own in-house, secure, dedicated RMA facility, based in the UK. This facility provides two main functions – firstly, to receive and repair all field service returns, and secondly to test and apply warranties to all product supplies. Our RMA operation offers both standard and secure capabilities, physically separated and strictly controlled by our security-cleared team.
