SCT’s Professional Services and Field Engineering teams are trained to the highest levels across a broad range of leading voice and data manufacturers. The teams are comprised of first, second and third line Technical Engineers, Project Delivery Consultants, Coordinators and management personnel, all working alongside the 24x7 service desk. Although separate functions, they work cohesively as a team, and SCT prides itself in ensuring appropriate training is given within the team where required. This provides added depth to each employee’s role and importantly ensures sufficient coverage is provided across any function as operational peaks occur in the business.
Whether a partner’s customer is looking to transition to an entirely new network architecture or redesign an existing estate, SCT has a wealth of networking resources that can provide support and guidance in making the right decision. Working with the partner, SCT will assign a pre-sales technical consultant to analyse the customer’s requirements, both from an operational and a commercial perspective, and provide documented output with recommendations. Once the design has been agreed, SCT will provide the appropriate technical resources to install and commission the new network environment, overseen by the lead technical consultant.
