Phase 1

Consultancy

One of our highly skilled, PRINCE2-trained technical consultants will work closely with project sponsors and key stakeholders to accurately define needs and expectations, and establish project scope, budget and timeline, to create a detailed project management plan. The steps in this stage may include:

  • Meeting with project stakeholders
  • Defining goals and deliverables
  • Creating a project schedule
  • Completing audits and risk assessments
  • Planning a project kick-off meeting.

Phase 2

Design

Working in close collaboration with all project sponsors and stakeholders, we will design and formulate a detailed implementation plan for the best solution that allows you to achieve your objectives.

Phase 3

Implementation and optimisation

Depending on the scope and deliverables of your project, the resources needed will be deployed to complete all required tasks within the timeframe and budget that was agreed during the consultancy and design phase.

You will be assigned a project coordinator, who will be responsible for managing the scheduling of resources required to deliver the project and act as the single point of contact for you and your end user.  

Throughout the implementation phase, we will also closely monitor progress and performance against the initial vision and strategy. This allows us to validate the original design or provide recommendations that may provide better outcomes and deliver the best return on investment from a solution.   

Phase 4

Manage and support

On completion of the implementation phase of the agreed solution, we can provide managed services to support the solution and the end user’s wider IT environment, as required.

We can also provide assistance with training and user education, to ensure a smooth adoption process for the new environment, and manage support queries received via our 24/7 Service Desk.
