Smart CT a leading IT services provider, today announced the appointment of Martin Flick as Chairman of the Board, July 2026.
Martin succeeds Richard Cottrell and joins the Board with extensive experience in the IT Channel. Throughout a distinguished career spanning more than 35 years, he has held senior leadership and board positions with organisations including Onecom and Olive Communications. Richard Cottrell shall remain on the board as Non-Executive Director, continuing to provide his guidance and advice to the board.
The appointment comes as Smart CT, a company backed by Westbridge continues to execute its strategic growth plans, expand its services, and strengthen its position as a leader in deployment and maintenance services within Networking, Server & Storage and Workplace Technologies.
