An excellent contract win for SCT sees it partner with a new services integrator to deliver ‘Inventory-as-a-Service’ for its customers across Europe.
SCT was able to replace the existing support partner for this contract win by showing its capacity to deliver enhanced Service Level Agreements across multiple regions. SCT’s commitment to purchasing authorised spares also means its partners can be safe in the knowledge that any hardware swapped out under SLA can be placed on the relevant Original Equipment Manufacturer support for Technical Assistance Centre and software assistance.
