A global leader in partnering with companies had various contracts for Infrastructure support within Finland and Netherlands. These contracts were up for renewal in excess of 1,000 end user devices respectively for the channel partner. Within the renewal the client introduced a mix of SLA’s, which the incumbent provider was unable to adhere to.
