Overview of the role

We are looking for a reliable and organised RMA Technician to support our returns process and assist with day-to-day warehouse operations. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and keen to develop experience across both admin and logistics.

This role plays a key part in ensuring returned products are processed efficiently while supporting general warehouse activities to keep operations running smoothly.

Accountable to: RMA Team Lead

Main Responsibilities

RMA / Admin Duties
  • Process customer returns (RMA requests) accurately and in a timely manner
  • Log returned items into internal systems and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding return statuses and updates
  • Check returned goods against documentation (e.g. serial numbers, condition)
  • Support basic reporting on returns volumes and trends
  • Assist with customer queries related to returns where required

 

Warehouse Support
  • Receive and unpack returned goods
  • Assist with stock handling, organisation and storage
  • Help prepare items for dispatch or refurbishment
  • Support stock counts and general inventory tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment

 

Skills and Experience

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Excel, internal systems)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Willingness to be hands-on in a warehouse environment
  • Good communication and teamworking skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in admin, warehouse or customer service role – desirable, not essential
  • Familiarity with stock systems or return processes – desirable, not essential
