Warranty agreement

Unlike most manufacturers who offer up to 90 days return to base warranty, and resellers who simply provide back to back manufacturer agreements, SCT offers a full 12 months warranty as standard on all shipped products. This accords with our objective to provide our clients with consistent competitive advantage  through minimisation of down time. In addition, should an SCT supplied part fail whilst under warranty, we will take full problem ownership and arrange to expedite part replacement on a best efforts basis.

1, 3 or 5 years extended warranty is available up until the expiry of our 12 month warranty, providing standard terms and conditions, policies and procedures have been met and accounts remain paid.  Please talk to you client account manager about this.

Return Materials Authorisation Procedure

Faults are usually quickly resolved by our highly qualified engineers, so if an RMA is required, please initially contact our technical engineers on 0118 960 2525 who will be happy to assist and this may avoid unnecessary delay.

We will supply an RMA Request Form if we cannot repair the product which will validate the product's warranty period and will need to be faxed back to 0118 970 6835. Our RMA department will email a returns label which must be attached to the outside of the returns packaging.

We thoroughly quality test products, and if repaired,  returned them complete with the quality testing report. Our RMA department will arrange despatch of a replacement part should this be necessary.
