To address this SCT offers a Rapid Response Service to all clients irrespective of prior trading history. A ‘Fast-Track’ internal programme ensures there is a joint focus to restore business operations as quickly and efficiently as possible. This includes but is not limited to our charter:

  • Treat ALL Emergency Calls as ‘Priority 1’ requests,

  • Immediately assess the situation based on the information provided,

  • Provided accurate costs, response timescales and advise on potential workarounds,

  • Immediately invoke action plan upon client authorisation
